Precautions for use

• When installing relays, washers should be used to prevent screws from loosening.
  The torque range for tightening screws is specified below. Exceeding the maximum torque value may cause the product to break.
  Main contact terminal torque (M10 nut): 15-18N. m
  Torque at installation location: 1.7~3.5N. m

• The coil of this relay has polarity, so when connecting the coil, follow the instructions on the product;The contacts also have polarity, and when connecting the contacts, they should be operated according to the markings on the product.The variety with energy-saving board is equipped with a reverse surge absorption circuit, so there is no need to use surge protectors anymore.
• Do not use products that have fallen.
• Avoid installing the product in areas with strong magnetic fields (near transformers or magnets), or near objects with thermal radiation.
• Electrical life
  This relay is a high-voltage DC switch, and in its final breakdown mode, it may lose its intended cut-off function. Therefore, do not use it in a state that exceeds its switching ability and lifespan parameters (please treat this relay as a product with a specified lifespan and replace it if necessary).Once a relay loses its ability to disconnect and cut off, it may cause the surrounding parts to burn, so it is necessary to design a circuit diagram to ensure that the power can be cut off within 1 second.

• The diffusion lifetime of internal gases
  This relay adopts sealed compartment contacts, and the compartment is filled with gas. The diffusion life of the gas is determined by the temperature inside the contact compartment (i.e. ambient temperature+temperature rise generated by contact electrification), so the ambient temperature should be ensured to be between -40 ℃ and+85 ℃.

• If the coil and contacts of the relay are continuously connected to the rated voltage (or current), and the power supply is immediately turned on after being cut off, the temperature of the coil increases, and the resistance of the coil increases, which may cause the pull in voltage of the product to rise, possibly exceeding the rated pull in voltage. In this case, the following measures should be taken: reducing the load current, limiting the continuous power on time, or using a coil voltage higher than the rated pull in voltage.
• When the load is resistive, the rated parameters of the main contact in the rated value apply. If an inductive load (L load) is used and L/R>1 millisecond, a surge current protection device should be connected in parallel for the inductive load.
• The driving circuit power of the product coil must be greater than the power of the product coil, otherwise it will reduce the cutting ability of the product.
• Be careful not to let debris and oil stains get on the main lead out terminal, and the external wiring terminal should be in reliable contact with the main lead out terminal of the product, otherwise it may cause severe heating of the lead out terminal.At the same time, the leads connected to the product must have the required conductivity to prevent overheating and affect the lifespan (with a cross-sectional area of 240mm2 or more for connecting the main contact wire).
• After the product is connected, about 0.1 seconds later, the coil starts to automatically switch. Do not repeatedly turn off at that position, as this may damage the relay.
